The teenage years already include navigating significant internal and external change. Counseling can help distinguish normal struggles from clues that something more might be going on. Parents are included via parent consultations to help strengthen your communication with your teenager. Ages 11+.

Children relate to the world through their senses, activities, and imaginations. Play therapy allows the counselor to engage with the child on the child’s own terms, using playful interactions to facilitate normal developmental process and promote resilience.

Pricing
In solidarity with marginalized communities and in recognition of the financial impact of systemic injustice, I am happy to offer a sliding scale system for pricing. Client income, other household factors, and current availability are taken into account.
A limited number of spots are available at each price increment to promote access to mental health for clients coming from a range of socioeconomic backgrounds.
